An Endless Battle

Chapter 8

    Gohan's body lay on the ground, Gohan looked unconscious. He wasn't 
moving. Was he dead? It was too early to see, but it looked like that or 
unconscious, Goku and the others couldn't be sure. The fighting had stopped 
to see what had happened to Gohan. Even the giant apes were curious.  
    Goku flew down to Gohan as fast as he could. Gohan was on his stomach, 
his head turned to the right with his mouth barely opened, and his eyes were 
closed.   His arms were laid out above him, like he was going to try and grab 
something in front of him.  
    Goku reached with two fingers to Gohan's neck to check for a pulse. The 
other Saiyans watched. He placed his fingers on the neck. He waited a minute 
until he took them off. He took the fingers off, stood up with his head down, 
and shook his head. Gotenks look surprised, Vegeta really didn't change his 
expression, and the apes roared out and began to fight again. Goku flew back 
up to challenge the ape Razu. With the new rage of his son's death, he fought 
more intensely and had much better results than before, but still weren't 
that good.  
    With Gohan gone, they weren't doing good. 3 Super Saiyan 4s against 3 
Ultimate apes aren't very good odds. But they only had to last another 3 
minutes. But now there was less than a minute for Gotenks, then they wouldn't 
stand a chance.  
    Goku got punched in the face by a giant fist. He got knocked into a wall, 
and got up out of the debris. He wiped his chin of blood and flew off.   
    Meanwhile, down where Gohan was, his hand started to twitch. His arms 
started to move. His eyes opened, and saw the projection. His teeth began to 
form fangs. Yes, Gohan had survived. And he was going to be one of their last 
hopes.  
    Gotenks split apart, and Goten and Trunks were angry, but went Super 
Saiyan, and even though tired, still tried to help.  
    Gohan quickly began to change into a giant Golden Ozaro. He punched Razu, 
and then Merensa and Tarico. He was on a rampage. But not for long, Goten was 
tired, and weak from the battle, and floated in mid-air, his back to Gohan. 
He turned around, but there wasn't enough time to get away. He held his head 
and braced himself for the impact. Gohan lifted his leg and was about to step 
on his little brother, but before he could Goten yelled, "GOHAN, STOP!!!". 
And Gohan stopped. His leg was suspended in mid-air. Goten started crying. 
But then he realized he wasn't dead. Goku flew by as fast as he could and 
grabbed Goten and took him to safety. Gohan began to shrink.  
    Gohan emerged with new clothes, and a new look. He had no shirt, like 
most SS4s, but had red fur all on his arms and chest. His hair was long, but 
not as long as a Super Saiyan 3. His pants were purple, with rips in them. 
His tail was raped around his chest like Vegeta, Raditz and Nappa did. His 
looked as his arms and muscles, and flew off to help his dad.  
    He flew fast and quick. When he got there, it was just in time. He was 
going to help save the world again.  
    Fighting the Apes remained him of when he was only twelve, fighting Cell, 
and saving the world. He was determined to do the same now that he was a 
Super Saiyan 4.  
    From the data he got, he knew he had to blast in the mouth. But every 
time he tried, the Ape's head moved. It either moved up, sometimes down. 
Every direction.  It didn't matter which way, it just mattered that it never 
hit the mouth.  
    The Gohan had an idea, what his one blast couldn't do, maybe three blast 
together could. "Dad, Vegeta! You need to help me blast into their mouths!" 
Gohan yelled to them.  
    Goku and Vegeta both nodded to show they understood. Goku started 
powering up the famous Kameama wave. Gohan started up him Masinco, while 
Vegeta got ready to release him strongest Final Flash yet. They all released 
them at one time, and they spun around each other in mid air and then 
connected. The blast was the blast of the two battles so far, by far. It was 
a waste though as the blasts hit Razu's face rather than his mouth.  
    Gohan floated there in shock as the ape roared, and only some smoke came 
from his face. They were ten times more powerful in this state, and Gohan was 
beginning to wonder if they could beat them. He knew what he had to do. He 
had to get rid of this thing once and for all. He had to end it, even if it 
meant ending his own life as well.  
    Gohan prepared to go in.  
    "Videl, I may not be coming back… I'm sorry. I have to do this. Mother… 
I love you, and I'm doing this for you… and Videl too. Goodbye…" Gohan 
thought to himself.  
    He flew as fast as he could before his father could stop him. He started 
to charge up a Masinco. He closed his eyes and flew as fast as he could, but 
never hit the mouth, he hit nothing. When he released something was wrong, he 
opened his eyes, and Razu and the others were shrinking. When they were back 
to normal, the collapsed on the ground.  
    Some doctors ran in. They had been monitoring the fight from another room 
at a safe distance for just an opportunity like this. They unlocked a 
suitcase. Gohan and the others did not attack, for they were not merciless, 
and they were also curious. The doctors took out a pill take resembled a 
green bean. It was like a senzu bean, but man made. They Saiyans had 
discovered the senzu bean back when Goku had first met Korrin, and had tried 
to duplicate it ever since. It took a few years, but the end result was worth 
it. Well, all three Saiyans took the bean, and regained their strength.  
    Razu stood up, cracked his neck and his knuckles and said to the doctor 
"Why thank you. You're the best."  
    The doctors were smiling looking at each other on a job well done. But 
then Razu blasted them to nothing. Who didn't see that coming?  
    Merensa looked at him mad, "What? I had to make sure I was back to full 
Health. You don't expect me to go out there not knowing if that did the trick 
or not , did you?" Razu asked her.  
    "Nice one, Razu." Tarico said.  
    "Shut up. Now lets go kill these guys." Razu commanded.  
    They flew up to them, "So Goku, you've gotten to level four? Guess you 
feel good, huh? I would too if I cheated. You aren't even a real Super Saiyan 
4. Now that you're little friend defused, you can't win. You're kid doesn't 
look to good either." Razu pointed out.  
    Gohan was behind them, holding his stomach in pain. Now that he was at 
the fourth level, he was having trouble. He had gotten to it okay, but now 
his muscles were bulging, looking like they were going to pop. It seemed that 
now his body was having trouble with all this new power so quick.  
    "Gohan!!!" Goku yelled.  
    "Here, I'll help." Razu smirked.  
    He put his hands together and powered up for an Ki Blast.  
    "Wait! NO!!!!" Goku yelled.  
    Razu blasted it and Goku raced to save his son.
